A woman from Manchester was left with no choice but to end her pregnancy due to the most heartbreaking reasons.
The mother of one says this was her second child and she would have adored having kept the baby. But she and her partner are really struggling to make ends meet, thanks to the growing state of inflation taking place.
“The cost of living just keeps on increasing and that is why I wouldn’t be able to afford another child. We would love to expand our family but that just does not seem to be on the cards right now”- she continued.
The couple says they really analyzed their situation and then made the most heartbreaking decision. And it’s one of the most tragic decisions they’ve ever been forced to make, she explained.
“With one baby it’s just so hard and with the second one, I can’t even imagine what life would be like”- she added. The story is one of many households where a day has come when family planning decisions are really being taken seriously because people don’t want kids to suffer.
When the mother witnessed the positive blue signs appear on the pregnancy test, she was devastated. What may have been a moment of great joy for another woman was a moment of fear and grief for her because she knew she couldn’t keep the baby.
“It should have been the happiest moment for me but all that I felt during that time was fear and worry”- the mother of one continued.
She shared the news with her partner and he was equally saddened because the only way out was to terminate the pregnancy.
