Terrifying new footage from a recent stalking incident from the Bronx is going viral and it’s causing chills down so many viewers’ spines.
The scary video shows a woman trying to make a run for it as a creepy stalker chases her and even tries to enter her home. Thankfully, the woman manages to make it into her apartment in time, only to find the stalker banging on her door.
The woman explained how the creep followed her as she made her way back home in the middle of the night, at about 2 am in the Bronx district. Little did she know that there was a man following her this whole time.
The man tried his level best to get a hold of the victim who just narrowly escapes in the footage that has now gone viral on social media.
The victim who was identified as a 50-year-old spoke about how she had been arriving home that night, by chance. But little did she know about the scary stalker who was following her every move.
Officials have launched an investigation into the horrifying case which they claim is a big alert for citizens in the neighborhood and hence they’re doing everything they can to ensure their safety and protection.
The exact location of the incident was identified as Claremont Village building and the date was revealed to be the 23rd of September, as declared by authorities recently.
Meanwhile, officials claim that the main reason for releasing the footage was to request others to help with the investigation as the suspect continues to be on the run.
The chilling video shows the woman quickly unlocking the door to her apartment building, and then swiftly entering before the man touches her doorknob and tries to enter. Moreover, he can be seen pressing her doorbell several times and even banging but his efforts are in vain. And that’s when he decides to walk away.
As of now, police are still in search of the suspect who was last seen donning a white-toned sweatshirt with a pair of jeans.
