A mother-in-law is making the most absurd demands regarding breastfeeding her grandchild and the world can’t help but notice.
While there are plenty of examples of how grandmothers are keen on feeding their grandchildren, this one might be a unique case after all. Taking her issues to Reddit recently, one pregnant mother revealed how her mother-in-law’s demands of feeding her newborn grandchild are literally driving her up the wall, and she can’t seem to find a solution to end it all.
The pregnant mum spoke about how her mother-in-law is actually a really nice person who usually means well. But when it comes to making decisions, she’s super stubborn and fails to understand the crux of the matter.
Recently, the mother-in-law came across several different articles from a wide array of cultures that spoke about the great benefits attached to breastfeeding grandchildren. And ever since then, she has built an entire aura of excitement for her grandchild’s arrival, just so she can feed him.

After posting her detailed story on Reddit, the pregnant mum hoped to hear positive feedback from viewers. With the due date fast approaching, this was a matter that needed some extra help, without a doubt.
Many of the viewers felt that it was her husband’s responsibility to shut his mother down. In the same way, others requested her to speak to her husband and ask him to deal with the drama, instead of taking the burden alone. Another joked about how he had no clue that a 60-year-old woman could actually produce milk.
