Of particular interest was his letter to Gacy. For those who might not be aware, Gacy was in fact the famous clown serial killer. And it wouldn’t be wrong to term him as heartless.

Moreover, Gacy killed at least 33 young boys and men, in the Chicago district. Moss wrote to him, posing as an innocent gay men. Therefore, the whole idea related to showcasing how he could be a potential victim.

Unbelievingly, he got successful at manipulating Gacy. With a total of 100 letter from Gacy, what was next? The pair met each other, and while Moss thought he would manipulate him more, tables were turned.

It was an eye opening affair for Moss, who managed to escape in the nick of time. After that rude awakening, Moss decided enough was enough. He cut off ties with other serial killers. His serial killer experiment didn’t go as planned. It made him depressed, causing him to write a book about the experience.

Furthermore, it turned out to be an instant hit and one of the best sellers of all time. However, Moss couldn’t get a grip over his thoughts. Hence, he committed suicide in the end.
