During his recent first-ever public appearance on television since being acquitted for all his charges in the high profile homicide trial, Rittenhouse revealed on Monday how he wished he could give Joseph Rosenbaum, who was the first person he shot dead in the attack, first aid.

“After I shot him, he tried his best to grab my gun. I started to run away quickly. There was a gunshot that had just taken place behind me,” Rittenhouse revealed.
