Woman Whose Mother DIED At The Age Of 50 Lists The FIVE Things She Wished She’d Asked Her While she Was Still Alive

A woman whose mother unexpectedly died at the age of 50 listed the five things she wished she had asked her while she was still alive.

Courtney Lopez Gervais took to TikTok and said that she did not have time to ask her late mother certain things as she was suddenly taken away from them.

Now, she wishes that she had the chance to ask her mother these simple things.

In her viral video, she said: “These are the five things you need to ask your mum for. I lost my mom unexpectedly at the age of 50 last Fall.”

The first thing she suggested you ask for is your child or children’s name in your mother’s handwriting.

Then, Courtney recommended you request a letter from your mother to your children “telling them what she loves about them and what she hopes for their future.”

Third, she said you should also ask your mother for her favorite childhood memory.

Fourth, she said to ask your mom’s favorite memory from your childhood.

Lastly, Courtney said to ask her mom what she wants to leave to your child or children and ‘why it’s important to her.’

Her post has been viewed over 350,000 times and has prompted viewers to start conversations with their mothers right away.

One person commented: “Also her recipes for your favorite meals. It’s been eight years without her and this is the one thing I wish I would have gotten.”
