35-year-old Tobias White-Sansom from the UK passed away in hospital only five days after being attacked in Magaluf Strip in Majorca.

His grieving brother, Maximillian White, has shared how the family night out turned into tragedy after the father-of-two visited the Boomerang nightclub on July 26.

Police said that they were called to reports of an assault on a bouncer but Maximillian claims that Tobias only went back inside a VIP area to retrieve his shirt but he was told that his items had already been put away.

Tobias then went to get another drink while waiting before security allegedly ‘grabbed him from behind.’

“He didn’t know who it was and started to resist,” Maximillian told the Mirror. “Three or four bouncers took him into the corner of the club, took him down and started to beat him really badly. Then they handcuffed him and beat him really bad again.”

The father-of-two was then taken to another spot where he was beaten again. He was restrained and handcuffed the whole time as the attackers kneeled on his neck, his head, and beat him.

“At the same time they were removing jewelry off him and putting it into their pocket. This ordeal went on for about 12 minutes, according to what the lawyers told me from getting witness statements,” Maximillian went on.

Police reportedly took Tobias upstairs but he was no longer holding his own neck.

“A crowd of 50, 60 people gathered with some screaming ‘you’re going to kill him’. My brother was apparently pleading for his life.”

Maximillian said that his brother was “a good father, he didn’t have a criminal record, he was well-loved around the world and he kept our family together like glue.”

The millionaire, who made a fortune from medicinal cannabis, said that he will buy the Magaluf strip.

“I will close it down permanently if I have to, because it’s a danger to people. It’s not controlled.”

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office said in a statement: “We are supporting the family of a British man who has died in Mallorca and are in contact with the local authorities.”
