A mother is pleading for help after the killer of her toddler received a lenient jail sentence that she deems to be unacceptable, considering the torture her child endured.

27-year-old Paul Marsh was found guilty of carrying out horrific forms of abuse against his own stepdaughter, only because she failed to eat her lunch.

“My child refused to eat her lunch. But that reason was not good enough for him to kill her in the most brutal manner possible. She did not deserve this.
