Hearbreaking reports coming in from Germany have revealed how two Afghan brothers reportedly killed their own sister because she followed a western way of life.
According to local media reports, the men were identified as 26-year-old Sayed H and 22-year-old Seyed H who have been accused of murdering their sister named Maryam H, who was 33 years old.
The boys stated how they wished to punish their sister because she failed to follow the beliefs that they were accustomed to and was more modernized.
For them, the Westen way of life was a sin, and the fact that she followed it was wrong in their eyes. “We treat women in a manner that is very different than you do,” mentioned one of the men during a statement released by the prosecutors.
Therefore, the brother duo lured their older sister into meeting them at a particular point in Germany on the 13th of July of this year. And that’s where they both grabbed a hold of her and violently choked her, before strangling her to death. But the horror did not end just there.
The boys also sliced up her remains, put them inside a suitcase, and then dumped them at another location.
Investigators following the case revealed how the men traveled by their dead sister to a train station later that evening, keeping the suitcase near them at all times.
The tragedy was recorded via German CCTV footage where the men could be seen loading the giant black bag onto a train at a station in Berlin. After that, the evil brother duo opted to travel to Bavaria before driving her remains to a shady wooded area near one of their homes.
And that is where they dumped her remains and buried them in a shallow grave as revealed by German investigators.
After officials recovered Maryam’s body, they performed an autopsy that revealed her cause of death to be trauma to the neck.
