A 76-year-old old woman ended her life by taking a fatal dose of barbiturates due to her illness and recorded the whole thing.
In Switzerland, Dawn Voice-Cooper inserted a fatal dose of barbiturates in her bloodstream. According to a source, the old woman had arthritis, repeated brain bleeds and epilepsy. Her incurable medical issues made her do this. She was sipping Champagne and was listening to her favorite song during her final moments.
According to Dawn, people would not understand what she was going through. They often told her that she looked fine and young, but nobody was aware of her daily problems. Her injuries and illness made her life a burden for herself. She decided what she thought was best for her.
She ended her life in a clinic where the staff sets an IV drip operated by the recipient herself instead of making her drink a lethal cocktail of medication.
Useless suffering should end as soon as possible when there is no reason to prolong it.Before getting on the drip, Dawn hugged her friends and thanked them for everything they had done for her.
Before her last moments, a doctor at the organization asked Dawn a few questions, including her name, date of birth, the reason to visit the Lifecircle and her last wish. They made sure that everything was going just the way Dawn wanted, and then they allowed Dawn to let the fatal dose of medication enter her bloodstream.
In countries like Netherlands, Belgium and Canada, the action of assisted dying is considered legal if a person is willing to do it. Please share this article with people around you and let them know what suffering and pain can make people do. Also, tell us your point of view about Dawn’s choice in the comments section.
