However, recently, news broke out on how she lost full custody of her delivered twins. And that’s because the highest court in the nation believes she is not fit to take care of them.

Handed down by the courts in Burgos, the courts mentioned how the twins were not receiving the care they needed and deserved. While failing to elaborate upon the exact specifics of the case, they did go on to mention how they failed to find ‘optimal conditions.’

She delivered twins after an IVF treatment went in her favor. While she certainly wasn’t expecting it, it definitely worked out well in the end. But little did she know about how her happiness would turn bittersweet in the end.

The courts found that two twins named Gabriel de la Cruz and Maria de la Cruz lived in a dire state. Moreover, they gave them the term of vulnerability. Yes, that’s how poorly they felt for their lack of care from the 69-year-old mother.

Certainly, they didn’t seem too happy with the 69-year-old. Firstly, they claimed how the mum refused to care for them. Secondly, they spoke about how poorly the mum cooperated with social service teams.

Mother’s personality traits in question

While some wrongly assumed that age had to do with the decision, the court revealed how it was more related to her personality traits. Citing evaluations made by the experts, they spoke about how maternal age nor the mother’s mental health condition had anything to do with it.

In the same way, they also shed light on how the mum kept non-existent relations with her family members. And that another point that totally went against her side. Also, they talked about how there was an absolute lack of supportive social networking too.

Right after the mum delivered twins, they didn’t remain in her care. Instead, they entered under the banner of foster care. This was shortly after their delivery.

While the mum went as far as signing an agreement with social services. it was not time for her to hire an assistant. This would provide her with the 24-hour care necessary. Certainly, she would need help with cooking and cleaning so she accepted it. But little did she know that they would deem her unfit for care completely.

After spending less than 10 days at the medical facility where she delivered twins, social services took her kids away.
