“Being Bigger Doesn’t Mean Unhealthy”- Plus Sized Influencer Says She Supports Body Positivity With Pride


A plus-sized influencer is making plenty of heads turn this season with words that go above and beyond people’s norms.

31-year-old Emily Jones claims she’s a size 20 but she’s not obese. Moreover, the famous personality who has plenty of fans on social media explained how she’s living her life to the fullest, despite what others may say.

“I have curves and flaunt them with absolute pride. Did I mention how I exercise on a daily basis,” she went on to mention boldly.

Speaking to her fans and critics too, Emily says she’s had enough of people schooling her about her weight. She’s a strong believer that if one focuses on body positivity, they’re automatically healthy. And that does not necessarily equal claiming that obesity is right.

“I’m also a disability campaigner who loves telling others to be confident in their skin. I love to encourage so many people to love them for who they are and not what others want them to be. It’s as simple as that,” Emily explains.

But what you see is what you get with this young influencer. And that includes plenty of sizzling bikini snaps that tell others to love themselves, just the way they are.

Emily who likes to split her time between both the US and the UK also spoke about how being bigger in size does not mean you are unhealthy. “I wear size 18 to 20, but that does not mean I’m unhealthy. I exercise daily and strongly believe in body positivity. It really irks me when people expect me to fit into some particular stereotype. And that’s just not who I am,” she boldly says.

The 31-year-old influencer says that no matter what your journey is about, you don’t owe anyone any explanation about anything. She adds that people will always tell you that you’re too fat or too thin and that’s ok. “Remember, it’s your journey and not theirs!” Do you agree?
