According to reports, it was the baby’s mother who found him sitting still in the vehicle and called the emergency services.

No charges have yet been filed against the mother, who hasn’t explained why she decided to leave her baby in the vehicle for two hours.

This is the first reported car death of a child in Arizona this year, Fox 10 reported.

In April, a baby girl was rushed to a hospital after her mother left her in a hot car for many hours. Her mother, 35-year-old Cristina Valente, was charged with child abuse and negligence but the charges were later dropped.

One person commented: “I don’t get it, you don’t forget to lock your car, or take your phone or bag with you. Yet people keep ‘forgetting ‘ their child is still in there. The child they put in the car in the first place.”
