A worker from Amazon has reportedly been fired from his daily job after shocking footage showed a scantily dressed woman leap out from the van’s back door.
The incident reportedly took place in Tampa, Florida with the video clearly revealing what went on in the back of the delivery van, explained reports. While authorities claim the incident occurred during the month of June, the video was only recently posted on TikTok.
In addition to the woman, a man who so many viewers claim to be the van’s delivery driver, also appeared in a blue-toned vest, escorting the woman. He attempts to hold the door open for the unidentified female, who can be seen wearing a very skimpy black dress.
Amazon has gone on to release a public statement that clearly spoke about how the worker no longer works for the organization as he was fired immediately for his unlawful behavior.
“We do not allow any unauthorized passengers to enter our delivery vehicles,” the statement went on to confirm as outrage and anger spread around the nation as the video surfaced online.
The woman’s phone could also be seen tucked inside her neckline as she made an attempt to jump out of the van’s back door as the driver holds it open. Shockingly, the woman also appears to be barefoot in the video too!
Meanwhile, a company representative spoke to TMZ, explaining how the driver’s actions do not reflect the company’s professional standards as they work hard to ensure high quality and fast delivery for all their service partners.
“The Amazon driver is no longer delivering any packages, nor is he a part of the organization. Allowing unauthorized individuals into our delivery vehicles is highly unacceptable,” the rep went on to acknowledge.
On the other hand, social media viewers are having the time of their lives as they poke fun at Amazon and their ever-so-popular ‘prime service’, keeping in mind their constant slow delivery timings as the holiday season approaches.
