The 33-year-old famous singer has made history by appearing on the cover of both US and British Vogue simultaneously and opened up about everything that happened in her past, including her divorce, weight loss journey, and controversial picture of Notting Hill Carnival.
In a recent interview with British Vogue, Adele cleared why she didn’t remove her picture of Notting Hill Carnival from her Instagram. According to her, people criticized her photograph a lot as she has had her hair styled in Bantu knots and was wearing a Jamaican flag bikini in that photograph.
Even after facing this much criticism on her picture, Adele didn’t delete it from the social media site as she wasn’t ashamed for dressing up and getting styled just according to the Jamaican culture and that carnival. She has no issue with what people are saying about her cultural values and priorities.
In an interview with the American Vogue, the celebrity proclaimed that she had been in the headlines at the start of 2020. It was when she lost a lot of her weight that caused many hurdles in her entire career. Her weight loss journey was not a piece of cake, and she had struggled a lot during that duration.
The famous singer never shared the details of her weight loss journey on her Instagram because she thinks that it’s a part of her personal life, and she did it for herself and not for the world at all.
Moreover, she exclaimed that it was never about losing her weight exactly. She just wanted to give herself the time she deserved, and did it pretty well.
