So Richard Sandrak; the Muscle Boy was born in Ukraine in 1992 on April 15th. His parents, obviously Ukrainian, were pretty athletic themselves. The Muscle Boy’s father whose name is Pavel Sandrak was a martial arts world champion.
Mother of the Muscle Boy is Lena Sandrak who was an aerobics competitor back in her days. So we could say this was obvious that the child was going to be somewhat very special, at least in athletics. Turns out, he was basically unique in a new way.

It won’t be wrong to say that Richard was born into fitness. Like, literally born into fitness as he was only 2 years old when he started training alongside Pavel, his father. This was soon after they had moved to the U.S in Pennsylvania back in 1994.
It won’t be a lie when we tell you that at his such a toddler age, Richard’s father who had trained in Taekwondo, introduced the Muscle Boy to various stretches and lightweight training. Later, the family moved to California to get some training and skills in show business. It was there in Cali where they met the trainer Frank Giardina. Frank then offered to mentor Richard as he was seen being keenly interested in ina different power and skills like his da-da.

The Muscle Boy who is now 28 years old, claims that although he didn’t get to have a normal childhood, yet he’s happy with his decisions and past. Let us remind you here that Richard at the age of only 6 years old, was able to lift 180 lb (82 kg) on standard bench-press.
It’s something SO BIG that it caught the attention of media and press during the days. At that time, he was called the world’s strongest boy and it’s no surprise that his nickname “little Hercules” caught on from then on.  When he reached the age of 8, he was bench-pressing 210 lb (95 kg).

This is not all! There’s a real story out there about the Muscle Boy that he has to admit is right. The story includes Richard’s amazing childhood workout. He claims he used to squat 300 times a day! Yes, you read that right! Not just 300 squats per day but he also did 600 push-ups EVERY SINGLE DAY with his father!

The Muscle Boy, claims that his parents never force the training. As he says: “I never did it to please my parents, not even the training at such a young age.”
He continues, ” I saw my parents train when I was born. So it was much more than the toys for me. So it was like a proper genetics-thing and not at all forced.”

Sandrak turned out to be really lucky as he caught the attention of the press and news in the mid-late ’90s. He traveled across the country for various body-building competitions, promotions of different nutrition products was a brand ambassador for so many nutritional things such as wheat-bars or energy bars.

Richard the Muscle boy also had his several photoshoots done for numerous magazines. The parents were happy. He appeared on different TV shows, Radio shows as well as The Howard Stern Show. Not just this but Hollywood debuts in 2009 character film called Little Hercules in 3D.

Although he was famous for his massive muscles when he was 8, now he is completely different. He is now somewhat famous and does NOT look like his childhood at all. Take a look at his picture!
